Hi from Elena and Jeffrey, welcome to our Studio!

The space you are visiting makes possible a longtime dream that started more than 10 years ago as a moonshot idea: to connect through beauty and creativity the two countries we call home. From Jeffrey’s native Philadelphia to Elena’s birthplace Madrid, our back and forth travels have always been an ongoing source of inspiration in all things Art, Fashion and Design. 

Through the years, we have explored Spain’s mountainous Northern regions, its serene Mediterranean landscapes and its fashion forward cities, nurturing our passion for contemporary manifestations of ancient traditions and meeting artists and makers that are leading the way into the future of artisanry.

From our beautiful house in Pennsylvania, surrounded by nature that reminds us of the forests of the Cantabrian coast, we founded Studio Sommos to give artisanal Spanish brands a home away from home. We bring the sophistication and quality of Spain Made design to all of you looking for accessories that become instant heirlooms and transform the everyday into an elevated experience.
