Shipping and Returns
US Domestic Shipping Delivers in 3–5 business days. We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns & Refunds We stand behind every piece in the studio, and we want you to feel the same way about what you bring home. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, with a few exceptions.*
Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
- Returned in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at info@studiosommos.com with your order number in the subject line. Our team will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping When you use our prepaid label, we'll deduct a $10 return shipping fee from your refund. You're also welcome to ship the item back on your own using the carrier of your choice — in that case, no fee is deducted, but the return shipping cost is yours. We recommend using a tracked, insured service, as we can only issue a refund for items we receive.
Damages or Incorrect Items We take great care in preparing your order. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@studiosommos.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item
We'll review and follow up with the right resolution for the situation.
*Exceptions / non-returnable items Because fragrance is something each person experiences in their own quiet way, and to preserve the integrity of every bottle we ship, all perfume orders are final sale. We're not able to accept returns or exchanges, even for unopened items.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to receive your preferred item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the $10 return shipping fee if our label was used. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund on their end.
