Shipping and Returns

US Domestic Shipping

Shipping times are around 1-2 business days.

International (Canada)

We’re happy to ship our products to Canada! All orders are sent from the U.S., and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Please note: Canadian customs may apply duties, taxes, or import fees when your order arrives. These charges are set by Canadian authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We’ll make sure your package is shipped quickly and securely, and your carrier will contact you if any fees are due before delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Shop with confidence. We want you to love your Studio Sommos purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • Returned in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the cases outlined below. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

To start a return, please contact us at info@studiosommos.com with your order number in the subject line. Our team will guide you through the simple return process.


Damages or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing your order, but if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Email info@studiosommos.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item

Once verified, we’ll offer a refund or replacement based on your preference and provide a prepaid return label at no cost. The original item must be returned before your refund is issued.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to receive your preferred item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
