The Sack is built from a combination of linen and jute — two natural fibers that give the body its structure without rigidity, so it holds its shape while still moving with you. The strap is adjustable vegetable-tanned leather with brass hardware, a material chosen specifically because it deepens and softens with use rather than wearing out. Inside, a detachable pouch keeps essentials organized without dividing the main compartment. Details
We looked at a lot of bags before we brought this one in. What stopped us here was the leather — vegetable-tanned, which means it will patina rather than crack, and it will look better in three years than it does today. The linen and jute body is sturdier than it looks; this isn't a delicate bag. It's unisex without the self-consciousness that often comes with that label. The Large in particular has a presence on the shoulder that feels intentional — not oversized, just right.
